It’s well known, according to Eric Larsen himself, that a fire occurred in his garage and that he lost his Spider-Man original art that was stored there. It doesn’t happen often that quality pages come out on the market. It doesn’t get much better than that last panel of Spider-Man swinging through the city. There are actually 2 of Spider-Man’s greatest villains on this page, Sandman and the Vulture. There’s a ½” tear on the middle left margin that doesn’t go into the art.
