There are not too many times that I’m going to call a piece of art “Magnificent” but in this case it is well warranted. Most collectors recognize that Neal’s short run, only 9 issues, on the X-Men is worthy of most accolades. Some of these issues have never had art available from them so getting his pages is a rare occurrence and a double spread is unheard of. I know recently a Byrne double spread sold for in the high hundreds of thousands. Even though I am biased, I truly believe that this piece will be viewed, in the near future, as an undeniable bargain. First for the rarity and second for the quality of the artist.
