I was told this page came from a relative of Bill Everett. Where else are you going to find a page in which Bill Everett pencils are featured along with finished inks and coloring that is probably also done by Everett?? These characters are recognizable from Sub-Mariner 50. This is really a treasure that somehow survived from the Everett archive.  Bill Everett is starting to be recognized as one of the greatest artists to have ever drawn comics.
