Yes - this is the first Sea Devils appearance! It’s nearly an identical image of this famous cover by Russ Heath. Though it’s arguably a better image because the characters are larger on the splash. Of course 99% of the early Showcase covers don’t exist. I’m not even sure how this survived. Undoubtedly one of the best and most significant Russ Heath pieces that has been uncovered.
