I was a young boy when these oversized treasuries came out and boy were they alluring with how big they were and the subject matter was usually great. This is the first one that came out at the time and the first time that Marvel and DC collaborated on a publication. Next was Superman vs Spider-Man and then many others followed. That makes this pretty special. Also if there are characters in the world that are even more famous than the superheroes of the world they would be the stars of the Wizard of Oz. I would be bold enough to say that Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion, and the Tin Man are more famous and beloved than any hero we have today and that includes me on the list. My son just bought me, for my birthday, the 4k blu ray disc set for this movie so I can watch it whenever I like. The piece is also in large art format and did I mention that it was drawn by John Romita??
