I’m so happy that Frank Brunner chose to draw this emotionally stirring and, quite frankly, masterful piece of art depicting Batman’s lingering pain associated with the death of his family. It’s rare that we see a pencil piece by Brunner and it really shows how truly talented an artist he is. This piece of art is very large and should display beautifully. For those that don’t know, Alter Ego is one of the first comic book fanzines that was created by Roy Thomas and Jerry Bailes and started in the 60’s. It’s still ongoing today.
